ARTICLES OF ASSOCIATION

OF

The Hong Kong Flying Club

1. In these Articles, unless there is something in the subject or context inconsistent therewith:-

The Club" means the Company registered as The Hong Kong Flying Club.

"Member" means a Member of the Company so registered and does not include an Honorary Member or Visitor.

"The General Committee" means the General Committee of the Club for the time being.

"The Secretary" means the Secretary or Secre- taries or the Honorary Secretary or Secretaries of the Club for the time being.

"The Treasurer”

ineans the Treasurer or Treasurers or the Honorary Treasurer or Treasurers of the Club for the time being.

Annual Meeting or Annual General Meeting" ineans the yearly general meeting of the Members of the Club.

"Extraordinary General Meeting" means a general meeting of the Members of the Club specially summoned under these Articles.

General Meeting" means a general meeting of the Members of the Club whether annual or extraordinary.

"The Seal" means the Seal of the Club.
